This Marketing Practices Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains how MY P Finance LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) conducts marketing, advertising, promotional, and referral activities in connection with the Borrow Money Instantly: MyFima mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”).
This Disclosure is intended to provide transparency regarding how users may receive marketing communications, how referrals and advertising relationships operate, and how marketing practices align with applicable consumer protection and privacy laws.

MY P Finance LLC operates the App as a loan-matching and financial information platform and does not provide loans directly.
We may maintain advertising, referral, or marketing relationships with third-party lenders, financial institutions, or service providers. In connection with these relationships:
- We may receive referral fees, lead-generation fees, or other marketing compensation
- Compensation may be based on user actions, such as submitting a request, connecting with a lender, or obtaining a financial product
- Compensation does not depend on loan approval, loan amount, APR, or repayment outcome
Referral or marketing compensation does not influence the terms, pricing, or conditions of any loan or financial product offered by third-party lenders.
5. No Guaranteed Approval or Results
Marketing materials, advertisements, or promotional content provided through the App do not guarantee:
- Loan approval
- Funding amounts
- Specific interest rates or APRs
- Repayment terms
- Availability of particular lenders or offers
All loan offers are subject to lender underwriting criteria, verification, and applicable law.
6. Accuracy and Presentation of Marketing Content
We strive to ensure that marketing content is accurate, clear, and not misleading. However:
- Marketing content may be general in nature and not tailored to individual financial circumstances
- Illustrative examples or promotional statements are not binding offers
- Final loan terms and disclosures are provided solely by third-party lenders prior to acceptance
- Users are responsible for reviewing all lender-provided agreements and disclosures carefully
7. Third-Party Advertising Content
The App may display or reference advertisements, offers, or content provided by third parties. Such content is subject to the third party’s own terms, conditions, and privacy practices.
MY P Finance LLC does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party advertisements or marketing materials.

MY P Finance LLC is not responsible for decisions made by third-party lenders, including loan approvals, denials, pricing, or repayment terms, even where users are introduced to such lenders through marketing or referral activities.
10. Changes to Marketing Practices
We may update or modify our marketing practices from time to time. Changes will be reflected in updates to this Disclosure, and the Effective Date will be revised accordingly. Material changes may be communicated through the App or other legally permitted means.
