MY P Finance LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this disclosure to comply with applicable federal and state laws governing electronic records and signatures, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-SIGN Act”).

We are not responsible for your inability to access records due to outdated hardware, software, or incorrect contact information.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by discontinuing use of the App and closing your account, if applicable.

However, you understand that:

• Withdrawal of consent may prevent you from using the App or receiving services
