This Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information Disclosure (“Disclosure”) is provided by MY P Finance LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).

This Disclosure explains the rights of California residents regarding the sale or sharing of personal information and describes how eligible consumers may exercise those rights when using the Borrow Money Instantly: MyFima mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”).

2. Applicability

This Disclosure applies only to residents of the State of California, as defined under the CCPA and CPRA (“California Consumers”).

If you are not a California resident, this Disclosure does not apply to you; however, we may still provide similar rights under other applicable privacy laws.

MY P Finance LLC does not sell personal information of consumers, including California residents, as defined under the CCPA.

We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Accordingly, we do not engage in activities that would require consumers to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under current law.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information to Service Providers and Partners

While we do not sell or share personal information, we may disclose personal information to:

• Service providers and contractors that perform services on our behalf
• Financial partners and lenders, at the direction of the user, for the purpose of evaluating loan or cash-advance requests
• Vendors providing analytics, security, identity verification, fraud prevention, or customer support services

Such disclosures are made pursuant to written agreements that restrict the recipient’s use of personal information to specified business purposes and prohibit further sale or unauthorized use.

These disclosures do not constitute a sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA or CPRA.
